Tender moist goodness
My favorite Jerky by far. This time however there was much more fat than in the last batch. Besides that, it consistently tasted good and is an enjoyable flavor. Please try and get a less fatty cut on the future batches

This is my favorite. Not as dry and really easy to eat. Great meat with a grea flavor for a sweet and spicy jerky. That is if you like sweet and spicy if not, try hot and spicy.
